For 3 months we had the privilege to work with the Managing Staff from the Corporation Educación Sin Fronteras (Education without Frontiers, translation into English), an entity that is frequently mentioned nowadays for its nominations and awards at the city project Medellín La Más Educada, due to the excellent work they develop at three local schools in three different neighborhoods from the city: Corazón, Blanquizal y La Pastora.
We carried out the process "Six-World Challenge for Team Leaders", developed with two weekly sessions during three months and two field trips of two days each, where the team was constantly confronted, challenged and trained in leadership, personality, answer capacity, spirituality, paradigm paralysis and emotional literacy.

"We have seen the workteam together and much closer as a result. We achieved the expected level of confidence with this training, as well as the conviction to accept that we are where life needs us nowadays", said Ms. Maryori Amaya, Principal's Office Assistant. Also, Mr. Omar Mogollón, La Pastora School General Coordinator, stated "different from all the years I have been working with my team, with this training process I got to know them so much and approached much more easily to them."
